How to commission

We love working with our clients to produce bespoke pieces, which incorporates of signature Rachel Jones aesthetic. Over the years we have had the pleasure of making truly one-of-a-kind pieces of fine jewellery. Whether you’re marking a special occasion or simply treating yourself or a loved one, we can work with you to produce the perfect piece in several ways: customising an existing design, completely bespoke or repurposing heirloom jewellery.

Customising an existing design

Rachel designs rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants and bracelets within her various collections (browse our shop here).

Each of our designs can be made in your preferred shade of recycled gold such as rose, yellow and white or platinum. Stone set pieces can also be tailor-made with your choice of gem, making it unique to you. Working with our suppliers we can source various option for you.

Additionally we can offer hand engraving on our pieces where there is space to do so

Fully bespoke

You may have a completely, unique one-of-a-kind piece in mind based Rachel’s signature aesthetic. We have worked with multiple clients who love Rachel’s designs but are looking for something a little different.

Working with Rachel, clients are part of the process throughout, allowing them to put their ideas forward into a piece of jewellery. The first steps are to have a discussion with Rachel in order to get an idea of what you are looking for. Then from this consultation Rachel can work on drawings and ideas as well as sourcing stones if required for you to view. Once the design has been agreed and fine tuned we begin the making process.

repurposing Heirloom

You may have pieces of jewellery that have been inherited, that have been gifted or that you no longer wear. These pieces can be given a new lease of life by resetting the stones, melting and reworking the metal into a Rachel Jones design.
